The path that led our founder, Tristan Clements, to establish Answers by Fire Ministries is as unique as the services we offer. Tristan envisioned a ministry that harnesses both spiritual and psychological principles to serve others effectively. With a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Psychology from The University of Texas at Tyler, a certification in Therapon Belief Therapy from the Therapon Institute of Louisiana in New Orleans, and a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner certification from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in the UK, Tristan brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and spiritual insight to our coaching practice. His diverse educational background is complemented by his hands-on experience as a business coach for Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, where he applies his insight into psychology and spirituality to mentor and empower business leaders. At Lighthouse BCS and Answers by Fire Ministries, Tristan's guidance helps individuals and organizations align their operations with their values, ensuring that their work not only thrives but also reflects their deeper purpose and calling.
